TOUR PARTICIPANT TERMS & CONDITIONS

L'acquisto di un tour offerto da Navajo Trails LLC o dal suo rappresentante, costituisce un accordo contrattuale tra Voi (Acquirente del tour e partecipante) e Navajo Trails LLC e rappresenta la Vostra accettazione dei termini e delle condizioni di Navajo Trails LLC qui di seguito elencate.
Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking. They form the basis on which bookings are
accepted by Tour Purchaser and Participant.
1) Navajo Trails L.L.C. or its Travel Agents shall not be or become liable
for or responsible in any way whatsoever to Tour Purchaser and Participantfor any loss, accident, criminal activity, injury or damage from sickness, weather, strikes, war or quarantine howsoever cause or arising during Tour.
2) To reserve Tour, Tour Purchaser and Participant must pay a non-refundable payment of 15% of total price of Tour. Full Payment of Tour must be made for Tour 30 Days in
Advance of Tour Start Date.
3) If Tour Purchaser and Participant cancels tour within (15) days before
start of tour, there will be a 30% Charge of Total Cost of Tour. Within 14
days or less before tour, there will be a 100% Charge of Total Cost of Tour.
4) Tour Purchaser and Participant accepts Tour Itinerary as is. Navajo Trails L.L.C. reserves the right to substitute equal value accommodations.
Tour Purchaser and Participant is responsible for meals and other costs as stated in Itinerary.
While Navajo Trails L.L.C. will make every effort to follow the Tour Itinerary, Navajo Trails L.L.C. reserves the right to change Tour Itinerary and Stops because of unforeseen reasons (i.e., weather, van breakdown, unplanned tour stop closing, etc.); as well as make changes in the Tour Itinerary whenever the Company deems it necessary for the comfort, convenience, or safety of the participants; and to cancel a Tour at any time. Navajo Trails LLC will refund Total Cost of Tour if Tour is canceled by Navajo Trails LLC.
5) Tour Purchaser and Participant is responsible and liable for all travel
and air arrangements to and from Tour Start and End Destination (Albuquerque,
New Mexico).
6) Young Tour Purchaser and Participant: Travelers who are less than
18 years old on the departure date must be accompanied by an adult. For any
special requirements regarding airline tickets for children, contact your airlines
directly.
Due to heightened security, many countries have adopted practices to prevent
international abductions of children. If a child will be traveling with adults other
than the parents or with only one parent, it is recommended that a notarized
letter be written by the parents or non-traveling parent granting authorization
to travel, including the dates of travel. We suggest that you also contact the
appropriate consulate and airlines because they may have additional requirements.
On Navajo Trails L.L.C escorted tours, young travelers aged 12-17 receive a 10% discount on the land price. We regret that we are unable to accept children less than 12 years old on these types of vacations.
7) Visas & Passports: Tour Purchaser & Participant is responsible for
obtaining and payment of all visas and entry documents prior to travel, and for
meeting all health and other requirements and any documents required by
laws, regulations, orders, and/or requirements of the United States. Non-U.S.
citizens must consult with appropriate consulates to determine if any visas are
needed and are responsible for obtaining all visas and entry documents independently.
All passengers traveling internationally are required to have a passport. Most countries require that the passport be valid for at least six (6) months beyond the conclusion of your trip. Purchaser will need to check with your consulate to verify all requirements. Navajo Trails L.L.C. is not responsible or liable for any Visa and/or Passport Problems and or Costs with authorities. There will be no Tour Money Refund for Tour Cancellation because of Visa or Passport Problems.
8) Tour Purchaser & Participant is responsible to get to get to Tour Start
Destination on Time. If Tour Purchaser & Participant is late and misses the
Start of Tour, Tour Purchaser & Participant is responsible to catch up with
Tour at their own expense. There will be no refund of Tour Money.
9) Navajo Trails L.L.C. reserves the right to accept or reject any person as
a Tour Participant; and to expel any Tour Participant from the Tour (i.e., for
personal conduct and behavior, breaking laws, etc.). There will be no refund of Tour Money if Tour Participant is expelled from Tour.
10) The Tour Purchaser & Participant agrees that neither Navajo Trails
L.L.C. nor its affiliates and Travel Agents shall be liable for any damage, loss
(including personal injury, criminal activity, death, and property loss), or expense occasioned by any act or omission of any supplier providing services.
